Refund policy
At TechGamer Vault, we want you to love what you’ve purchased! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to make the return process as easy as possible. Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Please initiate your return by emailing us at support@techgamervault.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@techgamervault.com within 72 hours of receiving the item to report the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label for these items, and you may choose a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Free Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items, as well as for orders over $100. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You may use our return label (for orders meeting the above conditions) or your own shipping method. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact Us: Email support@techgamervault.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and a shipping label if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Beauty products, lingerie, and undergarments
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Additional Information:
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- For items purchased and shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as required by law. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
